Turbo Million Row Copier

Million by Million Rows Copier is a lightweight Windows desktop app for moving very large datasets, up to 50,000,000 rows, through the clipboard in safe, evenly sized chunks. Instead of trying to paste an enormous table in one go and watching Excel freeze or crash, you load everything once, then hand out the data a million rows at a time, with each chunk copied to your clipboard and saved to disk automatically.

A single Excel worksheet holds about 1,048,576 rows, and long before you reach that ceiling, pasting hundreds of thousands of rows at once can lock up the application. Database exports, analytics dumps, and system extracts routinely produce far more rows than a spreadsheet can accept in one paste. This app bridges that gap: it takes a dataset too big to paste in one shot and breaks it into clipboard-sized pieces any destination can accept, one after another, until the whole thing has been transferred.

Load everything by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file in any of 33 input formats spanning Word, the Excel family, and other data formats including DBF, CSV, TXT, RTF, ODT, ODS, HTML, XML, JSON, MD, PRN, DIF, plus WPS Office ET, ETT, WPS, and WPT. Data goes straight into a local SQLite file on disk, never into one giant list in memory, so the app stays light no matter the size.

Click Start Copying Out to lock the loaded dataset in place, so chunk numbering stays consistent from first to last. Click Copy Next Chunk and the app builds the first chunk, takes the first 1,000,000 rows, puts them on your clipboard with the header row included, and saves them to disk in your chosen format right after, CSV, XLSX, JSON, SQL, TSV, or XML. Paste that chunk wherever it needs to go, then click Copy Next Chunk again for rows 1,000,001-2,000,000, and repeat until every row has been handed out.

Re-copy Current Chunk is always available if something else overwrites your clipboard first. Chunk size defaults to 1,000,000 and adjusts anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000. Export Everything As writes the full dataset to disk in one go instead, with large exports split automatically by chunk size, XLSX into multiple sheets, other formats into numbered part files. Parsing, inserting into SQLite, building clipboard chunks, and exporting all happen on background threads, with each worker thread getting its own SQLite connection in WAL mode, so building the next chunk and auto-saving the previous one genuinely run in parallel.

Everything runs locally on your PC. The only online step is a one-time license check; loading, chunking, and exporting all happen offline after that, with nothing uploaded. A default output folder under My Documents is set automatically, changeable before loading begins, with Open Output Folder always one click away. Data analysts and engineers moving large extracts between tools, database administrators handing off query results, finance and accounting teams transferring big ledgers, operations and reporting staff assembling data from many sources, and anyone who has ever tried to paste more rows into Excel than it was willing to accept, all use the same underlying workflow. Virtual rendering keeps the loaded-data view smooth even at the upper end of the app's capacity, and every worker thread runs its own SQLite connection in WAL mode, so nothing here depends on your PC having an unusual amount of memory to spare.

1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Load your data by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file in any of 33 formats.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Choose your chunk size and auto-save formats, or leave the defaults.
5. Click Copy Next Chunk to build and copy the first million-row piece.
6. Paste that chunk into Excel or your destination.
7. Click Copy Next Chunk repeatedly until every row has been handed out.
8. Use Export Everything As instead if you'd rather save the full dataset at once.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
