A repeatable batch process, load once, then click through each piece until everything has moved, is the most straightforward way to handle a dataset too large for a single copy-paste operation, and it works the same way whether the dataset is a million rows or fifty million.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies data in million-row batches through exactly this workflow. Load your data once, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file in any of 33 supported formats, click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place, then click Copy Next Chunk for each successive batch.

Every batch defaults to 1,000,000 rows, fitting comfortably under Excel's per-sheet limit, and includes the header row automatically, so pasting a batch into a fresh sheet or destination gives you a complete, immediately usable table.

Each batch is saved to disk automatically in your chosen formats the moment it's copied, CSV, XLSX, JSON, SQL, TSV, or XML, so working through the batches manually still leaves you with a complete, permanent file record of the whole dataset.

Batch size adjusts anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000 rows if a million doesn't fit your specific destination, and Re-copy Current Chunk is always available if your clipboard gets overwritten before you finish pasting a batch.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, batching, and exporting all happen offline, with your data never uploaded anywhere. 1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your data with Ctrl+V or load a file.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Click Copy Next Chunk to build and copy the first million-row batch.
5. Paste that batch into your destination.
6. Click Copy Next Chunk for the next batch.
7. Repeat until the entire dataset has been copied.
8. Review the auto-saved batch files in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
