CSV Dataset Copier

A CSV dataset built for import into a database, a reporting tool, or Excel often needs to move in chunks matched to that destination's limits, rather than as one massive file that overwhelms whatever's meant to receive it.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies a CSV dataset in million-row chunks by default, adjustable to whatever size actually matches your destination. Load your CSV, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading the file directly, click Start Copying Out, then use Copy Next Chunk for each piece.

Every chunk includes the header row automatically, so pasting into Excel, a database import tool, or any other destination that accepts clipboard data produces a complete, immediately usable table each time.

Chunks are also saved to disk automatically in your chosen output format, CSV among six available options, the moment they're copied, giving you a permanent record of the dataset split into the same pieces you're pasting manually.

Because the dataset lives in a local SQLite database once loaded, working through a CSV dataset chunk by chunk stays fast and consistent regardless of the total row count, up to 50,000,000 rows in a single session.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, chunking, and exporting all happen offline, with your CSV dataset never uploaded anywhere. 1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your CSV data with Ctrl+V or load the file directly.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Click Copy Next Chunk to build the first million-row chunk.
5. Paste that chunk into your destination.
6. Click Copy Next Chunk for the next chunk.
7. Repeat until the entire CSV dataset has been copied.
8. Review the auto-saved chunks in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
