Bulk Row Copier

A dataset too large to paste in one move needs a batch-based approach: break it into pieces small enough for the destination to accept, then work through those pieces one after another until everything has transferred.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies large datasets in exactly this kind of batch. Load your data once, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file in any of 33 supported formats, then click Copy Next Chunk to build and copy each batch, by default 1,000,000 rows, one at a time.

Every batch includes the header row on the clipboard automatically, and is saved to disk in your chosen format the instant it's built, so you get both a clipboard paste ready to go and a permanent file backup without extra steps.

Batch size, referred to in the app as chunk size, defaults to 1,000,000 rows but can be set anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000, letting you match the batch size to whatever limit your destination tool actually has.

Because the underlying data is stored in a local SQLite database rather than held in memory, working through many batches in sequence stays fast and responsive, even for datasets up to 50,000,000 rows.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, batching, and exporting all happen offline, with your data never uploaded anywhere. Virtual rendering keeps the loaded-data view smooth even at the upper end of the app's capacity, and every worker thread runs its own SQLite connection in WAL mode, so nothing here depends on your PC having an unusual amount of memory to spare.

1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your data with Ctrl+V or load a file.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Set your batch (chunk) size if the default doesn't fit your needs.
5. Click Copy Next Chunk to build and copy the first batch.
6. Paste the batch into your destination.
7. Click Copy Next Chunk repeatedly to work through the rest.
8. Review your auto-saved batch files in the output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
