A CSV file with a bulk quantity of rows, whether from a database export or an analytics dump, resists most copy-paste workflows the moment its row count climbs into the hundreds of thousands or millions, since nothing accepts that much data through the clipboard in one operation.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies bulk CSV rows by breaking the file into clipboard-friendly chunks. Load your CSV, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading the file directly, and Copy Next Chunk hands the data out a million rows at a time by default, ready to paste into your destination.

Every chunk lands with the header row included automatically, so bulk-pasting a CSV export into Excel or another tool produces complete, immediately usable tables rather than headerless data fragments that need manual labeling.

Data is stored in a local SQLite database once loaded, rather than in memory, so working through a bulk CSV export stays fast and stable, all the way up to the app's full capacity of 50,000,000 rows in a single session.

Each chunk is also saved to disk automatically in your chosen format the moment it's copied, giving you a complete, split file backup of the bulk dataset alongside whatever you paste manually.

1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your CSV data with Ctrl+V or load the file directly.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Click Copy Next Chunk to build the first bulk chunk.
5. Paste that chunk into your destination.
6. Click Copy Next Chunk for the next chunk.
7. Repeat until the entire bulk CSV file has been copied.
8. Review the auto-saved chunks in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
