Excel freezing or crashing when you paste hundreds of thousands, or millions, of rows at once is a common and frustrating experience, one that turns what should be a simple data transfer into a source of lost work and repeated attempts.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies large numbers of rows into Excel safely by never asking Excel to accept more than it can handle at once. Load your data, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file, then use Copy Next Chunk to build and copy each piece, by default 1,000,000 rows, well within what Excel can accept in a single paste.

Every chunk includes the header row automatically, so pasting into a fresh Excel sheet produces a complete, immediately usable table, without needing to manually add or copy over column headers for each new sheet.

Because the underlying dataset is stored in a local SQLite database rather than memory, building out chunk after chunk stays fast and stable, even when working through a bulk row transfer that spans dozens of sheets or workbooks.

Chunk size defaults to 1,000,000 but can be adjusted anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000, letting you tune the size if a particular Excel workbook or workflow calls for something different.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, chunking, and exporting all happen offline, with your rows never uploaded anywhere. 1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your data with Ctrl+V or load a file.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Click Copy Next Chunk to build the first Excel-safe chunk.
5. Paste that chunk into a fresh Excel sheet.
6. Click Copy Next Chunk for the next piece.
7. Repeat, pasting into new sheets, until the transfer is complete.
8. Review the auto-saved chunk files in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
