10 Million Row Copier

A ten-million-row dataset, common from a year's worth of transaction logs, a substantial database export, or a large analytics pull, sits well within what Million by Million Rows Copier is built to handle, comfortably under its 50,000,000-row session capacity.

Load your ten-million-row dataset once, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file in any of 33 supported formats, then click Start Copying Out and use Copy Next Chunk to work through it in batches, ten chunks total at the default chunk size of 1,000,000 rows.

Each batch includes the header row automatically, so pasting into Excel or another destination produces a complete, immediately usable table every time, whether it's the first batch of ten or the last.

Because the dataset is stored in a local SQLite database once loaded, working through all ten batches stays fast and consistent, with each batch also saved to disk automatically in your chosen format the moment it's copied.

If ten batches of a million rows each doesn't suit your specific workflow, chunk size can be adjusted anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000, changing how many batches your ten-million-row dataset ultimately requires.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, chunking, and exporting all happen offline, with your data never uploaded anywhere. 1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your 10-million-row data with Ctrl+V or load a file.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Click Copy Next Chunk to copy the first of ten batches.
5. Paste that batch into your destination.
6. Click Copy Next Chunk for each subsequent batch.
7. Repeat until all ten batches have been copied.
8. Review the auto-saved batches in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
