Speed matters when you're moving millions of rows between tools, both in how quickly each chunk builds and how little friction there is between finishing one chunk and starting the next, since a slow, clunky process compounds across dozens of repeated copies.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies millions of rows fast through a design built around parallel background processing. Loading, chunk-building, and exporting all happen on background threads, and each worker thread gets its own SQLite connection running in WAL mode, so the next chunk builds while the previous one saves to disk.

Load your data once, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file in any of 33 supported formats, and the app is ready to start producing chunks immediately, no waiting for a slow initial import process to finish before you can begin copying.

Copy Next Chunk builds and copies each piece quickly, with the header row included automatically, and the interface stays responsive throughout since none of the heavy lifting happens on the main UI thread.

Chunk size defaults to 1,000,000 rows but adjusts anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000, so you can tune the size of each piece for your specific workflow without sacrificing the speed of the underlying process.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, chunking, and exporting all happen offline, with nothing uploaded during processing. 1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your data with Ctrl+V or load a file.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Click Copy Next Chunk to quickly build and copy the first piece.
5. Paste that chunk into your destination.
6. Click Copy Next Chunk again for the next piece.
7. Repeat quickly until the entire dataset has been copied.
8. Check your output folder for the auto-saved chunks.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
