Moving millions of records through the clipboard, especially records that might contain sensitive customer or financial information, is safer when the entire process happens on your own machine rather than depending on any external service to handle the transfer.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies millions of records entirely locally. Loading, chunking, and exporting all happen on your PC with nothing uploaded, the only online step is a one-time license check, after which the whole workflow, from loading data to pasting the final chunk, runs offline.

Load your data by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file in any of 33 supported formats, and the records are stored in a local SQLite database rather than sent anywhere, staying under your control throughout the entire copy process.

Copy Next Chunk builds and copies each batch of records, by default 1,000,000, with the header row included automatically, and simultaneously saves the batch to disk in your chosen format, all as local operations on your own machine.

Because nothing is uploaded, there's no dependency on internet speed for the actual copying work, no cloud service outage that could interrupt a job partway through, and no third party ever seeing the contents of the records you're moving.

Batch size adjusts anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000 records, and the tool handles datasets up to 50,000,000 records in a single session, all processed locally regardless of scale. 1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Activate your license once, requiring a brief internet connection.
3. Paste your records with Ctrl+V or load a file.
4. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
5. Click Copy Next Chunk to build and copy each batch locally.
6. Paste each batch into your destination.
7. Repeat until every record has been copied.
8. Review the locally saved batches in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
