Copy CSV Data by Row Count

A CSV file destined for a specific import tool, database, or downstream process often needs to move in pieces sized to match that destination's exact requirements, not just whatever default chunk size happens to be convenient.

1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your CSV data with Ctrl+V or load the file directly.
3. Set your exact row count per copy to match your destination.
4. Click Start Copying Out to lock the row count in for the session.
5. Click Copy Next Chunk to copy exactly that many rows.
6. Paste each chunk into your destination.
7. Repeat until the entire CSV file has been copied.
8. Review the auto-saved CSV chunks in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
