Split Large CSV Without Excel

Excel simply can't open a CSV file past 1,048,576 rows, and even files well under that limit can be sluggish and unresponsive in Excel once they reach a substantial size. Relying on Excel as the tool to split a large file that Excel itself struggles to open is a genuine chicken-and-egg problem.
