Large Data Batch Copy Tool

Copy data in custom row counts, with a session-locked batch size

Copy Large Data in Custom Row-Count Batches

Different destinations call for different batch sizes, one tool might comfortably accept a million rows at once, another might need much smaller pieces, and a custom row-count setting lets you match the batch to whatever the actual constraint is.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies large data in custom row-count batches through its adjustable chunk size setting, ranging from 1 to 10,000,000 rows. Load your data once, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file, set your custom batch size, then click Start Copying Out to lock it in for the session.

Once locked in, Copy Next Chunk produces batches of exactly your custom size, with the header row included automatically, consistently from the first batch to the last, giving you predictable, evenly-sized pieces throughout.

Each custom-sized batch is also saved to disk automatically in your chosen output format, so beyond whatever you paste manually, you build up a permanent, consistently-sized file record of the entire dataset.

Whether your custom row count is a small, carefully sized batch for a finicky destination, or a large batch closer to the app's 10,000,000-row maximum, the underlying SQLite-backed process handles it the same reliable way.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, batching, and exporting all happen offline, with your data never uploaded anywhere. Data analysts and engineers moving large extracts between tools, database administrators handing off query results, finance and accounting teams transferring big ledgers, operations and reporting staff assembling data from many sources, and anyone who has ever tried to paste more rows into Excel than it was willing to accept, all use the same underlying workflow. Virtual rendering keeps the loaded-data view smooth even at the upper end of the app's capacity, and every worker thread runs its own SQLite connection in WAL mode, so nothing here depends on your PC having an unusual amount of memory to spare.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I set a batch size smaller than the default million rows?

Yes, batch (chunk) size can be set anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000 rows, so smaller custom sizes are fully supported.

Does my custom batch size stay the same throughout the session?

Yes, once you click Start Copying Out, your chosen batch size locks in and applies consistently to every subsequent batch.

Can I change the batch size partway through a session?

Batch size is set before locking in with Start Copying Out; to use a different size, you'd start a new session with the new setting.

Does a smaller custom batch size affect reliability?

No, the same underlying SQLite-backed process handles any batch size within the supported range reliably.

Does this work on both Windows 10 and Windows 11?

Yes, Million by Million Rows Copier is built and tested for both Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Is my data safe when using this tool?

Yes, all processing happens locally on your PC; no data is ever uploaded, so proprietary or sensitive records stay fully under your control.

Where do saved chunks and exports go by default?

A default output folder under My Documents is set automatically at startup, though you can choose a different folder before loading begins.

Can I use this on files stored on an external or network drive?

Yes, files on local drives, external drives, or mapped network shares all load the same as any local file.

What happens if the app is closed partway through a session?

Each chunk is saved to disk automatically the moment it's copied, so a closed app or crash never loses more than the chunk that was in progress.
