Different destinations call for different batch sizes, one tool might comfortably accept a million rows at once, another might need much smaller pieces, and a custom row-count setting lets you match the batch to whatever the actual constraint is.

1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your data with Ctrl+V or load a file.
3. Set your custom batch (chunk) size, anywhere from 1 to 10,000,000.
4. Click Start Copying Out to lock the batch size in for the session.
5. Click Copy Next Chunk to build each custom-sized batch.
6. Paste each batch into your destination.
7. Repeat until the entire dataset has been copied.
8. Review the auto-saved batches in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
