A dataset destined for Excel, but far too large to fit or paste into a single sheet, needs a copying approach that respects Excel's constraints rather than fighting them, breaking the transfer into pieces Excel can actually accept.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies millions of Excel rows by working within those constraints. Load your Excel data, XLSX, XLS, or pasted directly with Ctrl+V, click Start Copying Out, then use Copy Next Chunk to produce Excel-safe, 1,000,000-row pieces one at a time.

The underlying reliability comes from how the app stores your data: a local SQLite database rather than memory, with all the slow processing work handled on background threads, so copying millions of Excel rows stays fast and stable rather than bogging down as the session progresses.

Every chunk includes the header row automatically and is saved to disk as XLSX or another chosen format the moment it's copied, giving you both a clipboard-ready paste and a permanent file backup of the piece.

For datasets that don't need the manual paste workflow at all, Export Everything As writes the full dataset to disk as XLSX in one go, automatically splitting the output into multiple sheets based on your chunk size.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, chunking, and exporting all happen offline, with your Excel rows never uploaded anywhere. 1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your Excel data with Ctrl+V or load an XLSX or XLS file.
3. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset in place.
4. Click Copy Next Chunk to build the first Excel-safe chunk.
5. Paste that chunk into a fresh Excel sheet.
6. Repeat with Copy Next Chunk, or use Export Everything As for a single export.
7. Check your output folder for the saved XLSX chunks or export.
8. Open the finished workbook or sheets to review the copied data.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
