A predictable, fixed-size approach to copying data means you always know what to expect from the next chunk, the same size, the same header structure, the same reliable process, whether it's the first chunk of a session or the fiftieth.

Million by Million Rows Copier copies millions of rows in fixed-size chunks that stay consistent throughout a session. Once you click Start Copying Out, the chunk size you've configured, by default 1,000,000 rows, applies to every subsequent chunk until the dataset is fully copied.

Load your data once, by pasting with Ctrl+V or loading a file in any of 33 supported formats, and Copy Next Chunk reliably produces the same fixed-size piece every time, with the header row included automatically for each one.

This predictability makes it straightforward to plan a copy session in advance, knowing your total row count and chunk size tells you exactly how many chunks the full dataset will require before you even start clicking through them.

Every chunk is also saved to disk automatically in your chosen format the moment it's copied, giving you a consistent, evenly-sized set of files that mirrors exactly what you've pasted manually into your destination.

Everything runs locally on your PC, aside from a one-time license check. Loading, chunking, and exporting all happen offline, with your data never uploaded anywhere. Virtual rendering keeps the loaded-data view smooth even at the upper end of the app's capacity, and every worker thread runs its own SQLite connection in WAL mode, so nothing here depends on your PC having an unusual amount of memory to spare.

1. Install Million by Million Rows Copier on your Windows PC.
2. Paste your data with Ctrl+V or load a file.
3. Set your fixed chunk size before starting.
4. Click Start Copying Out to lock the dataset and chunk size in place.
5. Click Copy Next Chunk for each predictable, fixed-size piece.
6. Paste each chunk into your destination.
7. Repeat until every row has been copied.
8. Review the consistently-sized files in your output folder.
9. Use Re-copy Current Chunk if your clipboard gets overwritten mid-paste.
10. Click Open Output Folder to review everything you've saved so far.
